Sandy Best’s Tomato Soup
Makes 12 quarts
6 quarts of peeled tomatoes
5 large onions chopped
2 large green peppers
1 sm. Bunch celery
20 medium carrots, slice to ¼” thick
1 bunch of parsley
1 cup sugar
½ cup salt
Mix all ingredients together in a big canning stock pot
Bring to a boil.
Place into jars leaving 1” head space.
Put in pressure cooker for 45 minutes @ 10lbs pressure.
Instructions on Jar:

Add 1 lb cooked chicken
Add 1 quart of water
Bring temperature to barely boiling, and let simmer until serving.
