Oatmeal Drop Cookies
Kelly’s Oatmeal Drop Cookies
2 cups shortening
2 cups granulated sugar
2 cups brown sugar
4 eggs
Cream together and then add:
4 cups sifted all purpose flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
4 cups quick cooking rolled oats
Add one:(optional)
2 cups raisins
1 cup walnuts
12 oz. chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen
